Will Harris’s Palestinian State Plan Fuel More Terrorism? 

United States: Support of the Palestinian state by Vice President Harris before and especially during the debate with the former President of the United States would produce further destabilization of Middle East and new terrorism as Israeli and American specialists have informed.  

During Tuesday’s presidential debate on ABC, the Democrat presidential candidate reiterated her support for a two-state solution: “I will always give Israel the capability of self-defence and particularly as it concerns … Iran and any threat that the Islamic Republic of Iran and its proxies pose to the state of Israel,” Mr. Trump said. Biden received sharp criticism in February for downplaying the emergence of Palestinian terrorism in Judea and Samaria region while targeting Israelis living in the same area for punitive measures.  

As reported by Fox news, Former US ambassador to Israel, David Friedman said in an interview with Fox News Digital on October 7th that “After Oct. 7th, the two-state became a dead letter. A Palestinian state between Israel and Jordan will destabilize both countries and bring only additional terror and misery. 

Friedman, who authored the new book, “One Jewish State: The opus “Israel’s Last, Best Hope to Solve the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict,”, the Vice President Harris should stop the glib repetition of the failed theory and stop trying to fit the square peg into the round hole. Whether this situation is workable or not, she should encourage the decision-making process in Israel to find a just solution that would be desirable. 

At the beginning of September, Friedman sharply criticized Biden on Fox News in the programme “Your World” for dividing Israeli society.So here in early September, Friedman. Blasted the Biden on the Fox News Your World for creating the rifts within the Israeli society. 

Jonathan Conricus who is a  senior fellow at the Foundation for the Defense of the Democracies who basically served in the Israel Defense forces for the 24 years as a combat commander and the spokesperson told the Fox news Digital and “The so called two-state solution and may have been possible to Implement 31 years ago but for a complete straight Palestinian rejections of the Israeli peace offers have made it very clear that the current Palestinian leadership does not aspire to end the conflict and achieve the peace.  

However, Palestinian rejectionism has also eroded the political support for the peace process in the Israel since it has become abundantly clear that the Palestinian leadership does not seek the peace.” 

Also according to Conricus, Polling of the Palestinian population in the Gaza and the Palestinian Authority controlled the areas and the shows clear the population Palestinian support for the Hamas and also signaling that the Palestinian population supports the genocidal vision of annihilating Israel through jihad, as demonstrated by Hamas on Oct.7 and the global leaders would do well to listen to the two parties to the conflict to really understand how the situation has changed and adapt diplomatic solutions to the current possibilities.
