United States: The United States announced that it will send troops and a special anti-missile system to Israel to help strengthen its air defenses. This unusual decision comes after Iran launched over 180 missiles at Israel on October 1. U.S. President Joe Biden stated that the move is intended to “defend Israel,” as the country considers its response to the attacks.

The United States has been briefing Israel, behind the scenes, to be careful in order not to start a large war, people familiar with the matter state, while Biden has already come out against an Israeli airstrike on the Iranian nuclear facilities and the attacks on the Iranian energy facilities.

As reported by Reuters, Major General Patrick Ryder of the Pentagon said of the move: ‘This is part of the adjustments the US military had made in the previous months to support Israel and protect Americans from Iran and affiliated groups attacks.’

Still, ISA deployment by the United States to defense Israel is limited out of exercise since the nation has a strong army. The United States in the recent past has supported Israels defense from Iranian attack from over the seas and from the skies from warships and fighter jets respectively.

But they were based outside of Israel.

THAAD, or Terminal High Altitude Area Defense system which is the new air defense system of the US military puts in a very effective layer to the already existing anti-missile defense system of Israel.

A THAAD battery normally needs 100 soldiers to enable it. It has six truck mounted launchers each carrying eight interceptors and one powerful radar.

The United States is placing the lives of its troops in danger by having them drive missile systems for the United States in Israel Chief of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Abbas Araqchi said earlier Sunday.

Despite the great endeavours in the recent days for preventing an all-out war in our region, and with emphasis on the fact that we are not after anyone’s perfection and, it is clear that we do not have permissible Red Lines in defending our people and our interests,” Araqchi said on X.

Nevertheless, according to the reports Iran tried not to enter a direct conflict with the United States, therefore using the U.S. forces in the Israeli war is another factor for Iran’s actions further.
