Defying Death: Trump Rallies Supporters Amid Rising Threats!

United States: Donald Trump on Wednesday night organized the first rally since he has become the focus of a second attempted assassination within two months saying in a sports arena some 35 miles from New York City that the so-called encounters with death merely made him sterner.
As reported by TheGuardian.com “God has now spared my life It must have been God, not once but twice.” Trump responded as the people chanted on and on.
Yes, the former president did take his usual pool of lies, exaggerations and racist insults to the Nassau Coliseum in the suburbs of Long Island when I was the age of seventeen, seven miles away from the city of New York.
It was pretty unconventional to schedule the event in New York at this time of election and what is more crucial is that New York is not on the list of any of the two main political parties. It is very stable blue state, which has not gone Republican since 1984 when Ronald Reagan was re-elected.
Nassau county where the stadium is located preferred Joe Biden in 2020 by 54% against Trump’s 45% while New York state polls taken most recently points to Kamala Harris defeating him by double digits.
Still, there must be some logic in Trump’s madness as he certainly had a plan on how to achieve that. Queens, the greenbelt that fringes New York City to the east, has recent years become a Republican stronghold of sorts and a breeding ground for Make America Great Again (MAGA) rebellion.
People rushed towards the coliseum running through the gates and filling the full capacity of the Coliseum after waiting for hours. It is even now easier for the rivals to cover themselves in Maga clothes and try to outdo each other in expressing the most radical slogans.

Some of the men were dressed in t-shirts that had inscriptions ‘Women for Trump’. Some of the crowds were dressed in ‘Fight, Fight, Fight’ mottos which became popular after an attempt on the life of the former president in Butler county, Pennsylvania in July.
One man who sported a black T-shirt with a golden bullet etched on it and the words: “Just the tip, I promise”. Flyers were handed out the group calling itself “Japan for Trump”, proclaiming that “God chose Trump” and also insisting that the former president was immortal and had been George Washington in the past life.
Also the security was very tight with the helicopters buzzing overhead as the Trump arrived and the police dogs are patrolling wooded areas and the entire perimeter swept a lesson which can be learned from the drubbing the US secret service has received in the wake of the Butler county and the last Sunday’s Palm Beach and also the Florida shooting incidents.
