Betrayal in Politics: Billy Baldwin Tears Into Kennedy Over Trump Endorsement 

United States: Actor Billy Baldwin has harshly denounced Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as a traitor after Kennedy shocked everyone by ending his presidential campaign and endorsing Donald Trump. Baldwin, who has known Kennedy for decades and considered him a close friend, was furious over what he sees as a betrayal of the values they once shared. 

Baldwin Accuses Kennedy of Selling Out 

As reported by The Guardian, Baldwin, the brother of Alec Baldwin, accused Kennedy of selling out his political soul and turning his back on everything he stood for. Kennedy’s wife, Cheryl Hines, was deeply unsettled by his support for Trump, and Kennedy’s brother, Max, pleaded with the public to ignore Robert’s shocking move.  

Friendship Shattered 

Baldwin’s emotional post on X revealed how their friendship, once strong and full of shared values, has been shattered by this dramatic shift. 

But now here the actor said that he has completely disavowed and dissociated from the Kennedy. 

In a tweet by Billy is a total shock to the Citizens of United States and this could be a set back for Trump in some cases. The decision made by Kennedy reveals his support towards Trump. 

Kennedy’s Endorsement Raises Questions 

In the statement, you vividly resembled the last act of a man with presidential ambitions but saw the door cricketing shut on the chance of him ever holding any political office again. Baldwin followed that by pointing out that the whole run ‘was a Hail Mary’ – literally speaking, a pass made in the American football game with very less impotent of succeeding. 

Kennedy’s Shift in Support 

Kennedy on Friday declared that he is halting his independent White House bid and formally endorsed Trump at a campaign rally with the Republican nominee in Arizona. 

Interestingly, Kennedy stated that he has met Trump several times and they think alike on many issues even though he was quoted to have once told Trump that he is a terrible person and probably a sociopath and the worst president the world has ever seen . 

However, as Max Kennedy wrote, Robert F Kennedy Jr had also told Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee that he would vote for her but would like a place in her administration should she emerge the winner but was ignored and later did the same to Trump but was successful.
