A$AP Rocky Acquitted of Felony Assault Charges

United States: A court jury successfully acquitted A$AP Rocky from two felony assault charges which stemmed from an alleged gun incident with rapper A$AP Relli in Hollywood.
After the verdict Rocky danced into the audience to greet his fans while court spectators burst into loud cheers. He told the jurors “Thank y’all for saving my life,” as reported by Reuters.
Defense Claims Gun Was a Prop
During the trial, Rocky’s defense team argued that the firearm was a prop gun used for a music video and only fired blank rounds. They also maintained that Relli was the aggressor in the altercation.
Relli, whose real name is Terell Ephron, claimed he sustained minor injuries when his knuckles were grazed by a bullet, but the jury ultimately ruled in Rocky’s favor.
